The ten dishes with the most protein under ₹300 in Jaipur, right now

Ranked from the live menus of eleven Harkara kitchens on 9 October 2026, estimated protein per serving, menu price under ₹300, add-ons and dressings left out.

By Vidit Jain and Milind Raj, foundersOur estimate

Every one of the ten is vegetarian, which says something about Jaipur: ten of the eleven kitchens on Harkara serve no meat at all. The salad bowl at the top does the most with the least; the burgers and the bagel lower down carry the same 20 g with two to three times the calories.

A snapshot from the live menus on 9 October 2026, menu prices, add-ons and dressings left out (they are priced and estimated as a unit, not a serving). The list that updates itself is the protein guide.

How to read it

The gap between the salad bowl and the burgers is the difference between a bun and a bowl, not a verdict on either.

The numbers behind that: 26 g for 315 kcal at ₹280 against 20 g for 540 to 680 kcal at ₹250 to ₹290.

Two Ciro Co omelettes make the list because they are eggless and still reach 21 g; the kitchen declares it serves no meat and no egg. Ratio appears three times, all under ₹275, from a kitchen that declares no oil and zero freezer.

What the list cannot tell you: portion sizes vary from kitchen to kitchen and day to day, and a 20 g estimate is a guide for choosing, not a measurement. The how-we-know page explains where every number comes from.

Order any of them ahead in the Harkara app for pickup or your table; the kitchen starts as you get close, so it's ready when you walk in.

Where the numbers come from. Kitchen answers are each restaurant's own, shown as declared; Harkara does not test or inspect. Calories and macros are our estimates per serving, not lab values. How we know explains each kind of fact.
