Midori was a daily matcha ritual long before it was a cafe. Its founders could not find a place in India that took matcha as seriously as they did, so they built one, starting from the source: single-origin ceremonial matcha and roasted hojicha from Kagoshima, Japan, with no sugar-loaded syrups, fillers or shortcuts, whisked to order. Around it, a zen and mindfulness cafe in C-Scheme: Arabica coffee from Chikmagalur, and a 100% vegetarian kitchen where every sauce is made in-house and nothing has additives. A place to slow down, press pause on the day and linger.
